Beautiful dress

I have a major crush on embroidered stuffs .  And there I spotted a beautiful dress while online shopping. One of my favorite dresses. I am sure to select the correct size to fit into the dress.

Dating a mother's boy

I have to warn you, NEVER to date a Mama’s boy.

My best friend ex was a mama's boy and she was never his first priority. He is her mother's prince. She would always get his favourite foods. Everything he does he would report it to her and she would make the final decision for him even on the relationship with her.

She watches her every move, and no matter what she does, or how hard she tries. she was never good enough for her prince. Whenever at her ex's house, she would have to wash and tidy his room, while he'll be playing the computer games.

And that is not all. Her ex's mother would question his prince if her mum did iron and cook for him when he stays at her home.  She also advise him not to spend on her. to leave her and that she is not good enough for him. 

And don’t expect her ex's mother support when things get rough. Regardless of whether her son is in the wrong, she’ll always stand in his corner. He could cheat on her with a dozen women and it would still be her fault and never his prince.

There is no way she can relate her sorrows to a mama's boy . And all that she gotten from him is "my mother is the most caring mother, a role model, she watches me grow up. cook for me, teaches me."

Milk is an essential part of our diet. We begin drinking it when we are young, It is a great source of calcium for strong bones but are all fresh milk in the grocery store the same?


Dangers of modern milk

• Most modern milk comes from cows that are of grain-fed. The most nourishing milk comes from cows being fed their natural diet of grass 
• Modern milk is pasteurized. Pasteurization is the process of heating a liquid to below the boiling point to destroy harmful pathogens in it.Pasteurized milk actually interferes with calcium metabolism. Before heating [pasteurization], milk is a living food rich in colloidal minerals and enzymes necessary for the absorption and utilization of the sugars, fats, proteins and minerals in milk.
• Most modern milk is homogenized. Homogenization is a process whereby all the fat molecules are mechanically forced to be the same size. (With homogenized milk, the cream doesn’t separate to the top and is dispersed throughout.) Unlike with pasteurization, there is no debate underway as to any purported health benefits of homogenization. But there are many sound reasons to distrust homogenization, such as the huge increase in surface area on the fat globules. The original fat globule membrane is lost and a new one is formed that incorporates a much greater portion of casein and whey proteins, potentially leading to milk related allergies.
• Most modern milk is adulterated. After pasteurization, they add back in fat soluble vitamins (like Vitamin D) in a synthetic and arguably indigestible form. Without the usable and REAL Vitamin D, you can’t make any use of the Calcium in milk. If the milk has had fat removed (as in skim, 1%, and 2% varieties), it’s not only going to be absent all the fat-soluble vitamins that your body needs to properly digest the calcium and other goodies in the milk, it will also usually have non-fat dry milk or other milk solids added in to create a more desirable consistency. These forms of dry milk are high in free glutamic acids (AKA “MSG”) and oxidized cholesterol (a dangerous inflammatory form of cholesterol which can cause all kinds of heart disorders).
• Most modern milk contains pus. Because modern dairy cows produce up to four times as much milk as a traditional cow did a mere century ago, they are far more prone to mastitis — infected udders. If the mastitis gets out of control, the cow is temporarily removed from the herd and treated with antibiotics. When it finishes its course of treatment, the cow is allowed back into the herd. Some farmers cut corners, re-instating sickly cows back into the herd before all the antibiotics have passed through the cow’s system. Translation? Antibiotics in your milk. Although that is initially a scary thought, it is actually quite rare.(source) I’m personally far more concerned about the low-grade mastitis that goes untreated in industrially-raised dairy cows. Farmers can get away with this because the FDA allows a whopping 750,000 somatic cells (more commonly known as “pus”) per liter!
• Much modern milk contains synthetic growth hormones. Many dairy farmers give their cows rBGH or rBST, genetically-engineered growth hormones designed to increase the cow’s milk production. These hormones come out in the cow’s milk, you drink them, and then they play games with your own hormones potentially leading to a number of problems, including cancer.

Easy No-Bake Chocolate Nutella Rocher Cheesecake Recipe

Chocoholics can eat their heart out with this lipsmacking Easy No-Bake Chocolate Nutella Rocher Cheesecake. 

Ingredients

• 140g unsalted butter
• 300g digestive biscuit, broken up
• 500g cream cheese, softened
• 85g icing sugar
• 300ml double cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 15 Ferrero Rocher, 5 roughly chopped, remainder reserved, to decorate
• 4 tbsp nutella spread
• 25g hazelnuts, roughly chopped

Method

1. Cheesecake base: melt butter in a small pan over a medium heat. 
   Grind the biscuits in a food processor to crumb, add the melted butter and pulse til well combined. Tip into a cake tin and press down firmly into the base. Chill while you make the filling.
2. Beat the cream cheese and icing sugar in a bowl. Whisk the cream and vanilla in a separate bowl until soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese. Stir through the chopped chocolates. Spoon over the biscuit base and smooth with a spatula. Cover with cling film and chill for min 6 hrs, or overnight.
3. Once it has set, place the chocolate hazelnut spread in a saucepan and melt over a low heat for 3-4 mins until runny. allow to cool slightly before spreading over the top of the cheesecake. Decorate with remaining chocolates and some chopped hazelnuts. Chill until ready to serve.
